  12. I have a programming quirk I am wondering if anybody can explain. I am
  13. enclosing the test program to make it easier for people to help. :)

  15. What is happening is simple, I am changing background colors, first on
  16. the normal 80 column screen, and then again on a double width 80 column
  17. screen. The normal 80 column color screen always works, but the double
  18. width color screen only works with certain monitors: it works on my
  19. 1902A, but not on my 2002. It doesn't work on a friends 1084S either. I
  20. have tried it on 4 128D's and the problem followed the monitor. My
  21. question is simple why? I might add the double width works in all other
  22. instances on all monitors, except for this background color mode.
